    Cons

They lie to their patients at the customer service center

    Advice to Management

    No room for growth

I have been working at RadNet full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Easy job. Consistent full time work whether or not there was stuff to do. Learned a lot about radiology.

    Cons

Day to day work is the same which gets very repetitive. Nobody got raises. Many people disliked working there, which gave off a depressing vibe.

I have been working at RadNet full-time

    Pros

Schedule is great and some facilities are beautiful. Fun potlucks occasionally for holidays. Equipment is high quality.

    Cons

Pay is not competitive, technologists are underpaid and overworked. Morale is low. Scheduling is a nightmare.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your techs, reviews and yearly raises will raise morale. Set rules for late or unprepared patients to keep your staff from constantly feeling behind.

I worked at RadNet full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

As a transition job and for experience. The company may not be as bad, but some managers make your life miserable.

    Cons

Working under a microscope, workers on tip-toes, get written up easily. You can easily get fired by making common mistakes as a human being.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees as humans with feelings and lives to live.

I have been working at RadNet full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great people, lots of growth potential. Excellent benefits and vacation pay. RadNet is really working hard on changing their culture, and is heading in an excellent direction. They are focused on employee moral, and truly merit-based raises/fair pay. If you are a hard worker, you can go far. If you want to skate, this is NOT the company for you.

    Cons

None really, as they are working hard to change any previous negative aspects of the company

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. It's Working!

I worked at RadNet full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A paycheck (which is small), benefits (which barely covers anything) and full time work (back breaking labor).

    Cons

Too many to list out. This is an extremely profit-focused company that has no interest in employee retention. They only care about getting new grads out of school and working them to death with very low pay and benefits.
