I worked at RadNet full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Cons

Poor Management, No Salary increases, no bonuses, no incentives period, all about numbers not really patient care nor employee care.

I have been working at RadNet part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There is a lot busy work. Its a call center environment. There is full time,PT, and PRN opportunities. Health insurance and other benefits.

    Cons

The pay is horrible! If you figure in taxes and the amount of task required it is not worth it. In addition, this place is run like a sales place. When you never say no to anything and please everyone it makes life miserable.

    Advice to Management

Please pay more! There is so much placed on the schedulers and the information changes too often. The workload and stress justifies more pay.

I worked at RadNet part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible with schedule. Locations are spread out through Coachella valley, good for techs who live in the Palm Desert area.

    Cons

Pay sucks. Techs are always on-call during weekends and different locations. Communication is through email, never in person. Learning billing and scheduler jobs as a tech, very time consuming.

I have been working at RadNet full-time

    Pros

I love my job and I feel inspired by the people and leadership within RadNet. I feel lucky because my manger is an incredible source of knowledge and my coworkers are part of the reason I enjoy my job.

Benefits are great: Medical, Dental, Vision, education reimbursement, 401k, vacation, paid holidays, free life insurance, employee referral program, cross-training into different modalities for technologists and opportunities for advancement.

Employee appreciation lunch and gift cards were given to employees earlier this month!

    Cons

I am very happy and I love working in Northern California. Every company can improve.

    Cons

Stay AWAY! Abuse, abuse, abuse.... Condoned by corporate!

    Advice to Management

I can't state my honest opinion here. Other than HR covers for the abuse the Managers engage in! Toxic work environment x 10!

I have been working at RadNet full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Continuum of learning, great team work, very helpful staff, clean and safe environment, keeps you busy, room for professional growth

    Cons

No financial growth to look forward too. There are a lot of homeless people who have made homes on the streets. So far most stay to themselves

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work of team collaboration. Great communication skills.

  9. "Great Employer for Dedicated Healthcare Professionals."

    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Solid organization with great employment stability provided you have a good work ethic and care about your impact on others. Contrary to other reviews, and from my experience, there is great opportunity for growth and professional development which has been rewarded with routine and fair increases.

    Cons

Company grows fast which sometimes make Corporate communication and processes to employees at our site appear disorganized. We have issues with phones and IT that sometimes make our work challenging.

    Advice to Management

Me and those I work directly with have seen a significant improvement in communication with the work force. Keep it up! It helps moral and to better understand some of the decisions that are made by Company Management.
