I worked at Radiant Global full-time

    Pros

Good place to start if you don't have too much work experience or education. They're specifically looking for younger people. Plenty of tasks to gain experience on. When I worked there they offered a lot of company provided items in the break room. They are very clear about working hours and taking breaks. OT isn't very common, but when it is it's very structured. I never felt like they intruded on my personal time too much or without notice. Division of work between co-workers is also very clear. These clear boundaries are really helpful if you're new to a corporate environment.

    Cons

They're looking for younger people so they can pay less. Steep learning curve. They would hire 10+ temp employees at a time with hope that one would stay more than a month. Employee recognition isn't a thing here at all. Workloads can be staggeringly overwhelming at times.

    Advice to Management

Show a personal respect to employees.

    Pros

One of the best trainings out there for Oracle. They really arm you to enter the Oracle world with as much knowledge as you are willing to absorb. Further there is certain level of flexibility in terms of choosing what kind of work you want to do. This helps specially when you have considerable experience in your field.

    Cons

Red tape. Tough to deal with HR.

    Advice to Management

Streamlined HR process would help the consultants a lot. More visibility for the pay process would also help.

I have been working at Radiant Global full-time

    Pros

Business is booming, Radiant is growing at a fast pace and has a great amount of potential

    Cons

While business is booming, employees are taking on more work with no benefit. No scaling, one manager per department and everyone below that is treated as an expendable employee. Turnover is high due to this and many other reasons. One size fits all outlook..

    Advice to Management

    Employee retention

I worked at Radiant Global full-time

    Pros

Management is not involved in anything. They don't care what your doing as long as you are covering your costs and not rocking the boat.

    Cons

No sales support what so ever. Ask management to do anything and its like pulling nails. The only sales people who benefit from here are 10-99 contractors who use Radiant for their back office work. If your salary don't expect to sell there services because they are not competitive on anything. Their expense policy is terrrible as well. Very shady business ethics.

    Advice to Management

Stop arguing like a bunch of 14 year old girls and implement some policies that move the company forward.

    Cons

Business is run as a franchise model. There are no synergies between individual offices.
