    I worked at Radiant Research full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Management doesn't micromanage.
    You get free snacks and coffee

    Cons

    Ceo uses employees as his personal assistant.
    It is very much a do as I say not as I do attitude.
    Last year we they were purchased by a large company PPD and there was no transparency.
    Pay and benefits are way below the average for all positions.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your people what they are worth and you won't have the turnover or people that are unhappy.

    Pros

    You get the basics. free coffee, free snacks, free filtered water.
    Ok, Major healthcare, but it has been better in the past
    Senior Management is polite and doesn't micromanage

    Cons

    You may score above average on your yearly evaluation, but your raise will be below the industry average.
    You may feel under appreciated when working extra hours.
    No bonuses for completing projects on time.

    Advice to Management

    Share the wealth.. when you get a nice bonus from all the hard work you and your team put forth, maybe give them a small $50. gift card to a steak house.

    Pros

    Awesome Team environment, Work is always something new. Whether that's learning about a new disease or new skill set. I love the balance between clinical, research and business work.

    Cons

    Can get boggled down in the minute details because of data collection. Ethical dilemma of business and patients is always hard to acknowledge even though its present in every healthcare setting.

    Advice to Management

    More out of work team building activities, Volunteering together is always a blast

    I worked at Radiant Research full-time

    Pros

    The people I worked with were outstanding which made going to work fun! It was a very comfortable work environment and the work done there is exceptional. People knew the rules and helped wherever help was needed. The attention to detail was remarkable in every way. Management is honest and wonderful at leading.

    Cons

    The only con I can think of is the slight downtime between large projects which comes with the territory of pharmaceutical and consumer research.

    Advice to Management

    None, a pleasure to work with.

    In these economic times healthcare is the best field in which to be employed.

    Cons

    Difficult to move into an upward position

    Advice to Management

    Employees should be able discuss with management higher than Site Director the negative problems at the site.
