    Pros

Friendly people. Casual, somewhat laid back atmosphere. Opportunities to rise above the average employee. The company is growing, which is a positive in many ways, but not in others.

    Cons

Growth has not be matched in scale across the various pillars which are the reason for the growth. The morale one of the major support teams is a constant battle to maintain as the demand for output is high. The proverbial positive harvest in terms of dollars and company, financial goals don't appear to match the weight of work load on this support group.

    Advice to Management

"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." Collaborate with those who wish to actively contribute in a positive, constructive fashion in order to create a solid, effective, efficient means by which to train the support staff.

Time off is good, not tons of overtime is required. Direct management is willing to be flexible with work schedule. Some working from home is allowed.

Salary is low after working there for many years, but that may be common for other places as well too.

    Pros

    Always challenging
    Never boring
    Most ideas are considered
Management tries to fit the best person for the job when promoting

    Cons

The downside of the above happens when you get a little seniority and the guy who just stepped in the door is promoted ahead of you.

    Advice to Management

Be a little more transparent in your promotions.
How are employees supposed to know what to strive for if we don't know why people are chosen for projects, promotions, etc
