Career-ending job. Not respected by other employers. I've been here for years and it is only getting more mis-managed.

    Pros

In the past this company was very loyal to its employees.

    Cons

Morale is extremely low. The business model is extremely morally questionable and possibly fraudulent, where money is billed to the government for hours not worked on contracts. Current leadership has laid-off several very productive employees. We are all trying to get out of here, and many of the brightest of us have left after the most recent nonsensical layoffs. As a result, there are likely to be open positions. Do not believe what they tell you during interviews, this is a career-ending job (SBIR mills are not widely respected in science), and it takes forever to move on once this place is on your resume.

    Office Manager

    Pros

The best part of this job are my co-workers, a very diverse, educated, enjoyable group of people to work with. Many are scientists and work on very interesting projects. The administrative staff are very worker friendly and strive to make the work environment very pleasant and safe. The HR department is excellent.

    Cons

The salary is very reasonable, but benefits are somewhat limited. There is very little opportunity to move up from office manager to other administrative jobs or careers

Very friendly and bright. He is easy to talk to and had a great time working with him.

    Cons

There were really no Cons working with him, the only complaint is was that sometimes he had a lot on his plate so he was busy frequently

    Pros

There is a high degree of autonomy
