    Pros

    Small team of employees, and fun environment.

    Cons

    Horrible inventory methods. We were taught to lie to the customers if they were not buying accessories.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to the employees needs.

    Pros

    Small team size. The customers

    Cons

    Regularly changing pay structure. Commision wasn't realistic for where each store was located. Heavy push from corporate management to pressure customers into wireless sales. General push to sale too hard to customers instead of beaing allowed to help them with what they needed.

    Advice to Management

    Great your employees and customers with more respect.

    Pros

    Great job to start off in. Help you interact with people. It teaches you to hustle and excel. Helps with people skills.

    Cons

    Having to deal with the commission aspect of sales. Sales override customer service. Having to deal with sales sharks.

    Advice to Management

    Try to focus on retaining customer base. It will increase sales and create a good reputation for the store.

    The employees were awesome, the customers were too! It was a great company to work for, so much growth for learning and expanding, promotions were easy, great pay!

    Cons

    Only thing I could say was a downfall was the turn over rate.

    Pros

    The people I worked with (Field Sales and Management) were phenomenal. The employee discount was ok. Training programs.

    Cons

    Management was disconnected from staff. Benefits were not on par with other similar companies. Little to no work-life balance.

    Advice to Management

    Hire competent upper management and get a better benefits broker. As much as insurance costed, there should have been better plans.

    Decent money, hours were ok.

    Retail slave labor, it's never enough for corporations and they won't conpensate you for all the extra work someone asks you to do who is trying to move up or make a name for themselves.
