    I worked at RadioShack part-time

    Pros

    The commission was awesome. The incentives is what kept me going. Plus, I have a passion for Bluetooth speakers and headphones.

    Cons

    The fact the company was bankrupt and closed all the California stores.

    Advice to Management

    It would have helped if we would have been notified months in advance that all of our California stores were closing!

    The job just involves keeping the store clean and making sales by assisting customers find the product they need.

    Cons

    They're aren't any cons really. If you don't like standing for hours, that could be the only con I can think of.

    Great training on tech specs
    Unique retail products (can't find parts stores as prevelant)

    Cons

    Antiquated product offering. Parts have all gone online.
    Failing brand and a bankruptcy
