    This place was great to work because of the diverse tasks that I had to complete. I was a fan of this place because my manager and district manager were very nice.

    Cons

    i suggest that someone find a job with an actual carrier because the company is bigger and there is more room to move up in the company with different jobs.

    Advice to Management

    I advise management to train the employees more and make sure they understand the business side of selling phones because it will help the overall sales.

    Small close nit Family-like environment
    Contests and awards
    Easy to work for, not harsh if you are late occasionally, or make mistakes.

    Cons

    Too many jobs for one person
    Very unstable company. Always changing their minds, moving everything, crazy projects left and right, rule changes, remodels, hour changes, never a dull moment!

    Advice to Management

    Hire better employees. Not ones who leans on the counter playing on their phone all day, and doesn't even take out the trash.

    Pros

    Easy work, fantastic co-workers (this is probably rare) and get paid to do very little work.

    Cons

    Some "regular" customers are slightly weird.

    hire more associates who know how to sell things, not just people to fill bodies.

    Pros

    Great culture of Customer Service, commision plus hourly pay rate, and great discounts!

    Cons

    The only downside is one that really affects all businesses today, and that is the high turnover. It is hard to create a culture of true devotion, even with the great orientations and heavy emphasis on Customer Service. People leave often and rarely get on board.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing. Hire the right people and hope for the best! Maybe emphasize a culture of compliance more.
