    Wonderful team of professionals that can pull off anything!

    Just general hotel things & EC community makes it very clear how much better they are of people than you will ever be, They are happy to show off there privilege.

    Advice to Management

    Advice to EC - get over yourself, your not perfect either. 5 stars is for the operations managers, not you. You get 2 star. No more.

    Busy atmosphere, nice guests, nice GM

    Carlson doesn't give reviews as they are attached to raises unless you are male and pays men more for the same position.

    Have two great bosses that are very down to earth. Have a great team that help on another.

    That there is no promotions.

    Advice to Management

    Show you employees there worth. Give them the tools necessary to be a supervisor, manager or even an director.

    Pros

    Aqua building is absolutely beautiful. Yes I can philosophy is great.

    Cons

    -Very understaffed
    -Human Resources staff is incompetent. When issues were raised to this department there was always a sense of indifference
    -Front Desk Management lacks knowledge and leadership skills.

    Overall, current managers do not display emotional intelligence or care for their employees.

    Advice to Management

    Empathize with your employees or your guests will pay the prize.

    Overall nice place to work. Great culture throughout the property and its employees.

    Cons

    A lot of turnover but that is the industry. Hours vary week to week.

    Great job overall. Try to make schedules more consistent and have enough employees on staff.
