      Absolutely horrendous business practices

      Pros

      - it’s fully remote - half your coworkers are okay to work with

      Cons

      - changed commission plan night before payroll without saying anyone. - didn’t pay our salary or commissions on multiple occasions - lied about state of the company. - would let people go without a word said to anyone (would also lie about why they were let go) - management is clueless about real estate. - CEO AND COO have never sold a home in their life, have never ran a sales team. Lie and miss communicate to their sales team have immoral business practices and should be looked into. Pay and benefits suck

      Additional responsibilities will be added to your job description. Great place to get start up experience.

      Cons

      Under paid and over worked. Toxic work environment. New leadership is unorganized. Zero culture or work/life balance. Unrealistic goals. Constant changes to commission structure.
