I worked at Radius Marketing full-time

    Pros

Got lunch brought in 2-3 time a week and paid for your cell phone bill.

    Cons

The owner is a joke! Talks about his employees behind their backs and is all about him! Talks down to people and thinks he is the smartest person in the room. He buys people so they stay with him. He spends the company money like it is his. The place will bring you down. He thinks he is turf and makes threats to his vendors and employees. He will land new clients, charge them exorbitant fees, Chew them up and Spit... them out! This is not a healthy place to work

    Cons

Stressful. Very difficult market environment and high intensity of competition Often pushed around by clients The company suffered from a range of competitive challenges that it may never overcome
