    Pros

. In some products the technology is a winner. excellent support team. Customers are always supported no matter what.

    Cons

Technology only, does not bring you customers
Everything and everybody are measured through technology prism. In too many cases very good bits and bytes engineers are calling the shots. Marketing is very busy with poor results.

    Advice to Management

Start thinking strategically and do not base your thinking on technology only. Radware will not get to next level if will not think strategically.
