    Pros

    Radware is a home. Very innovative and a market leader in DDOS mitigation and application delivery fields.

    Other than that, working at radware is great in that way you always learn new areas and you have a free actions to promote yourself.

    Cons

    You always needs to be innovative, as market is growing and expanding, Radware allows you to be that person. And I think this is great

    Pros

    Lots of advantages working for a true global company, meeting business partners from around the world, getting to understand customers needs and challenges in different cultures, dealing with top-notch technologies in a super trendy world of cyber-security and web applications delivery is exciting!

    Nothing yet after a bit more than 1 year of employment :)

    Advice to Management

    Great HR and Helpdesk teams, might be useful to facilitate some MIS related limitations by involving users at an earlier stage.

    nice atmosphere, competitive salaries, quite stable.

    Cons

    Hard to get the the offices in Atidim from the outside of Tel-Aviv.

    I recently joined Radware and It has been a great experience. Radware is an innovative, world class organization. The company provides a wealth of tools and resources to ensure employees are successful. The employees are very friendly and supportive and everyone shares an entrepreneurial spirit. Radware takes pride in their employees and customers and will go the extra mile to support both. I am excited about the future with Radware.

    Pros

    This is a pretty great gig, especially on the engineering/tech side of things. Company is extremely stable and job securtiy for SEs in North America is very good. Lots of overlay support if needed for larger projects and good managers across the board in North America.

    DDoS solution is best in the business and when in a PoC will beat the competition on capablitilies which makes our job pretty fun. Cloud solutions look promising and Radware is dumping a lot of resources into rapidly improving them. ADC is solid but will never be the leader with F5 and its marking machine in North America. Certainly would recommend to others especially for the SE role.

    Cons

    Standard cons that have been previously mentioned. Radware is an extremely tech focused company and spends it's money in R&D instead of marketing. Unfortunantly, fancy marketing sells, especially in North America. Don't quite think we will ever be the known leaders without stepping up our marketing game. This also causes a lot of sales people frusteration as they have to work harder to dig up good leads, but the ones that can make a lot of money.

    Seems there has also been a rash of poor reviews due to the recent layoff of an entire department that wasn't getting the job done. It is unfortunante but this is sales and they weren't selling. Only negative there, is there was one or two people that were let go that absolutly should have been retained and put into a different role, which was short sighted on Radware's part.

    Advice to Management

    Anything we can do to increase brand recognition would be much appreciated by the field sales team!
