I worked at Radware full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

other then some interesting technology they do use there is nothing good to say about radware, any else will be plain sugarcoating a carcase.

    Cons

It starts from the moment you open the door and feel a heavy feeling setting you on making you feel that "one more day full of "joy" is starting again".
and it keeps going by having a team leader doing every thing in his power to fish out every little mistake you do and parade it to your face and then run to his managers to tell how bad one is, and it's nit picking from telling one guy next to me that the test he writes are good and then complaining to me about spelling - and when i review the other test cases i fine they are full of spelling mistakes but i got berated for it and the rest not a word, and it keeps going for downing every idea you have for imprudent and upgrade.
if Radware were the last place to work on earth i rather die then work there again.

    Advice to Management

leave NOW get a better place.

I worked at Radware full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Poor salary, no benefits, very bad management. Managers promise a lot, but don't stand after it. Though, great people are working there at Dev/HR. As about technologies - it's pretty poor today. It was competitive 3-4 years ago, but they are not stand today's standards.

    Cons

Sick atmosphere. No interesting development. No future. Bad salary. Bad hours. Bad managements. Bad training. Great developers and team leaders.

    Advice to Management

Stop playing "politics", start to work.

I have been working at Radware full-time

    Pros

Some of their products (DP) work very well. The other ones are terrible and doing a POC will kill it.

    Cons

Super controlling management. Terribly ineffective management in Canada. In the US and Israel, all decisions are taken by Roy, without consultation. The strategy is the reflection of a 1 man vision. And that man has been known to be wrong...a lot

    Advice to Management

Sell the company or leave it.

I worked at Radware full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Learned a lot of technologies and worked on a very complex project.
The do recruit fresh graduates (but only because experienced engineers don't to work here).
The only reason to come here if you're a fresh graduate trying to get first job in the industry.

    Cons

    No salary hikes, bonuses, options.
No work ethic. Extremely low code quality and testing standards.
Bad team management - no new employee guidance, constantly looking for your mistakes, no career path/professional development plan.
No work/life balance. Very long hours just for the sake of it.

    Cons

no strategy, almost no planning, very R&D driven.
Many people with ego that have being failing for so many years and just ain't planing on changing

    Advice to Management

    I worked at Radware full-time

    Pros

DefencePro is a good product. It's really expensive, but it works well.

    Cons

47% turnover in Sales and SE's every year.
The people who have been there for awhile have been there for a long long time, everyone else gets rinsed out every year.
Lots of promises about long training before being thrown to customers. Don't believe it.
Sales Leadership doesn't understand long sales cycles involved in such an expensive product.
    Professional Services is understaffed.
    There are no quoting tools.
Sales in North America is run by remote control from Tel Aviv by Roy Zisapel the CEO who doesn't understand the North American market.
North American Sales leadership are clueless. I feel particularly sorry for the folks in Canada! You should sit through some of there conference calls. You will want to kill yourself after the first few minutes.
Currently going through a crisis as they switch from selling appliances to selling cloud services.
    Huge drop in revenue.

    Advice to Management

Get some decent sales leadership in North America. The current crew are incompetent. Tell the CEO to run the business and butt out of day to day sales.

I worked at Radware full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay was market rate, other than that, no Pro's

    Cons

Where do I start?, employed to sell Managed DDoS Miyigation services, Gartner comes out with a magic quadrant report backing Radware's Load Balancing capabilities so all the focus switches to Load Balancing. No in country marketing, no support, nothing industry or vertical specific in the way of collateral. No support, Pre-Sales disgruntled employee that would sabotage meetings, no local I.T. Support, no formulated partner specific pricelist, it was common place to quote a client above SRP, because then you could show greater savings. No organisation, no sales leadership and the onboarding process was shocking... there isn't one.

    Advice to Management

Re-brand and start again. Whatever Radware have done in EMEA, it's not worth talking about and customers have long memories.
