Accessible C-Level & Leadership: The leaders are not just figureheads; they are hands-on and genuinely supportive. There is a "no-ego" culture where you can have direct, constructive conversations with senior management to drive high-impact initiatives. Agile & Entrepreneurial: The beauty tech space moves fast. RAENA empowers you to take ownership of your projects. If you have a data-backed strategy to improve ROI or revenue streams, the leadership gives you the green light to execute.

This company used to be good, but now it is not.

Cons

The CEO didn’t understand how the B2B business works, and in the end, the company shut down because of her arrogance. Unfortunately, the employees at Raena were laid off without severance pay, and even our unused leave was not compensated.
