I worked at Raiffeisen International full-time

    Pros

Good benefits and perks, a lot of opportunities for professional development (T&D team is doing its best), great senior management team, that is trying to implement best practices and improve the level of service and processes. Overall a very professional team.

    Cons

Slow speed of decisions taking, some personalities in middle management serve only their own interests, but not the company's ones. These all creates conflicts inside and cramp changes implementation. Very conservative HR (BP part)

    Advice to Management

    - Review your middle management team, especially those ones who has been working for long years - some of them are not flexible enough and just resist any new idea and approach to work (especially, if it is suggested by their peers).
    - Change the approach to annual goals - need to assess goals againts new opportunities for the bank, which arise during the year, otherwise a lot of ideas are being killed with the answer "there is no such activity in my annual goals".
