    colleagues were nice and also welcoming
    The mensa and prices are very good

    Cons

    I expected to be a bit more integrated into the team
    My responsibilities were very rudimentary and there were many days were i did not have any tasks to take care of

    Advice to Management

    Build a better intern program that gives sufficient responsibility to the interns and lets them gain experience in the respective department

    stabilty, challenge, several employee benefits, friendly team and athmospehere, always a chance to do and learn something new and move jobs within the organisation

    Cons

    hard for a woman to make it to a top management position, highly relying on personal relations to man the top positions, quite old top management with not such a high flexibility and receptivity to change

    Bring new people, new ideas, challenge yourselves, leave the opportunity to the young and daring to take responsibility in dealing with the current financial world challenges and bring the bank from a top Balkans players to a top European player

    Polish bank has difficult time. The mother company want to sell polish bank and employee in Poland live in stress

    A total desconsideration of the pregnant women and young mothers, poor HR management, lots of politics at the higher levels of hierarchy
