    Good place for calm and steady day-to-day routine work for people who is not eager to develop their career.

    Cons

    Flat growth organization with Soviet-type hierarchical organizational structure. No leadership. No professional development. No adequate career opportunities.

    Advice to Management

    Please start to develop your people and the organization. High salaries turn you to be very reluctant.

    stabilty, challenge, several employee benefits, friendly team and athmospehere, always a chance to do and learn something new and move jobs within the organisation

    Cons

    hard for a woman to make it to a top management position, highly relying on personal relations to man the top positions, quite old top management with not such a high flexibility and receptivity to change

    Bring new people, new ideas, challenge yourselves, leave the opportunity to the young and daring to take responsibility in dealing with the current financial world challenges and bring the bank from a top Balkans players to a top European player

    Pros

    Great benefits, good salary, compensated extra time, technologically innovative, open communication, nice work spaces

    Cons

    Can't find anything negative to say, it was an overall positive experience. Only the fact that when you leave you have to pay for the training you've done (even if it was mandatory training) was a bit of a shock but I talked to the management and we came to a satisfactory solution.

    Advice to Management

    Don't send employees on expensive external courses and then expect them to pay for them if they leave.
