    Pros

    Very diverse series of rail properties with numerous opportunities for growth. Great relationship between operations and commercial teams. Ability to get senior management buy-in before decision made.

    Cons

    High restriction on freedom for commercial field personnel. Too much administrative work which restricted the ability for the sales team to grow the business. Too many headquarters staff people pulling at the field to provide information.

    Advice to Management

    Raise the authority levels in the field. Provide better decision support systems. More field personnel and less people at headquarters.

    Pros

    Pay was very good for the hours. Management left you alone for the most part.

    Cons

    Do not plan on having a life other than work if you work for this company

    Advice to Management

    Take time to listen to the employees in the field and if you spend any time around them saying hello might help....
