    Pros

Stable work and always get 40 hours. Management is decent. Good co workers.

    Cons

Have no clue if they are a shipping, receiving, distribution, packing company, or transportation company. Terrible communication between departments, too many silos.

I have been working at Railex part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The shipping department is a lot more accurate when it comes to work your always given specific things to do, your forklifting person always helps out when you need it, there are some nice people there as well.

    Cons

In the receiving department sometimes it's really slow and you end up cleaning non stop until given orders from the roaming managers, the breaks are always off usually because none of them either remember or only give you breaks whenever they feel like it sometimes you feel that your overworking yourself.

    Advice to Management

Needs more work on the management in the receiving department, managers shouldn't keep moving workers to other areas when they are already working on something, and the breaks need to be exact just like how shipping does theirs.

I have been working at Railex full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Leadership is phenomenal in this young company. With all of the growth potential, the only way to go is up.Compensation is higher than average for the area and benefits are awesome.

    Cons

It is a young company, so work can be scattered across many departments. This might be challenging for someone that is used to routine.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work but don't lose sight of training new employees fully.
