    Pros

Challenging job with a wide array of patient types that requires skilled healthcare workers and utilizes all of the knowledge learned in school.

    Cons

Staff are stretched to thin and overstressed. It runs like a company thats like every company is worried about the bottom line, When that means departments placing unmanageable workloads on employees, it can affect the patients and that isn't somewhere I want to work.
