    Pros

    After a big change a few months ago, the company is regaining momentum towards goals. In some ways, it's an even more exciting company than before. Great support from other team members Effective and supportive leadership Good culture Clear goals

    Cons

    Some elements of the business is still not fully recovered from the change a few months ago, just need more time.

    I have been working at Rainforest QA full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Every day at Rainforest is a new amazing challenge. I get to work with an amazing team of people to help solve problems, not just for our customers - but for the company. It has been amazing scaling and growing out the Customer Success team, and watching us adapt as the company grows and we adjust to our customers' needs.

    Cons

    Not necessarily a con - but you definitely own your own path here. As in most start ups, the environment is always changing and you need to be able to adapt quickly.
