Cons
It is hard to know everybody by name because the company is growing so fast.

I have been working at Raisin full-time (More than a year)
Pros
Strong business model, solid and growing user base. The founders are on board. Culture of trust. Transparency and fairness. Compensation and benefits.
Cons
hypergrowth: Bottlenecks and scalability issues (People, processes, knowledge).
Advice to Management
reduce the pace. Let's solve some of the current challenges, before creating new ones.

I have been working at Raisin full-time (More than a year)
Pros
- Great Engineering VP ( best I've ever had )
- Great HR ( here called Talent and Culture ), really responsive and keen to help
- Raisin invests a LOT of money in Team Building with internal and external events.
- Free Snacks and Beer ( other drinks as well )
- An awesome budget for Conferences /Training
- Good salary compensation
- Awesome setup ( anything you want ) ( usually last model of MacBook Pro )
- The company is investing time/money to get rid of tech debt
Cons
- Lack of trust on developers to make decisions... Everything ends on the CTO desk.
- Lack of good POs and Scrum masters
- Really bad legacy code around
- The development infra ( servers to test your stuff ) is not good and will make you crazy sometimes.
- Poor deployment strategy... Not continuous and tedious.
- Some really bad/unprepared leaders
Advice to Management
Please, trust your engineers and give them the possibility to take decisions.

I have been working at Raisin part-time (Less than a year)
Pros
Since I entered the job market, I've never worked in an environment so lovely. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help/support if you ever need it. Although Raisin is a startup, it still has the work hard play hard mentality; so there's freedome to have a game of table football or ping pong, as long as you stay on top of your tasks.
There is also adequate room to grow and take initiative. I started off as an intern and grew into a part time role where I could feel the impact of the work I did.
Cons
Can't think of any!
Perhaps more training opportunities. However, I do realise that as an intern/part-time employee it would be difficult to justify have this arranged.

I have been working at Raisin full-time
Pros
Great working culture - fast response times; competent colleagues; looking to solve not blame; space to gain new skills
Cons
Intra-team communication; politics can play a significant role
Advice to Management
Consider how competence (not just talent) should be rewarded

The Learning.
In less then 4 months of working here at Raisin I have already learned so many different things - from different programming languages / frameworks / skills to finance and banking.
Open workplace.
Raisin provides a really comfortable open workplace, where you can adjust everything by your needs. And if you need anything, you will have it in short terms, you just need to ask.
Feedback sessions.
At Raisin you can always freely express yourself.
