Pros
Great and collaborative team. Possibility to work with people from many different nationalities. The company is always making efforts to keep the products using new technologies and seeks innovation. Many different activities to integrate new joiners. You really feel welcome here and the onboarding process was excellent!

* Old-timed technologies * Unstructured code, poor code documentation (if any) * Bad direct communication: people could tell their opinion about you to everyone except yourself * Some team leads are not clever and therefore take strange decisions

* Drinks, food; * Adjustable desks (for some employees); * Remote work; * People friendly (more than 40 hours are not appreciated); * Transparent company goals; * Good general and company-specific workshops;
Cons
* Cheap open office, a small place with many people in it (very loud, active noice cancellation headphones does not help); * Software development processes(planning, estimation, handling of unexpected, continuous delivery) are very messy; * Old code base, a very slow pace in improving it; * Very strong hierarchy (decisions about small and medium size improvements/changes end up on CTO desk); * People are not... used to receiving critic; * Many decisions were taken without any reason. This practice yet there.

Please, consider taking into account not only what people say, but results of their work. Picking favorites is not the best strategy and damages you in long term.

Open Office manchmal ein wenig laut, allerdings gibt es dedizierte "Silent Rooms" zum arbeiten.

Flexible Arbeitszeiten, guter Kollegenzusammenhalt, Möglichkeit für Homeoffice. Viele Perks wie zum Beispiel Rabatt auf Urban Sports und täglich frisches Obst

Im Moment habe ich hier nicht wirklich viel auszusetzen. Eventuell könnte man das Office vergrößern, aber da wird zurzeit auch daran gearbeitet.

Prozesse wie gehabt beibehalten, falls möglich Änderungen schneller intern kommunizieren. Sonstig bin ich hier sehr zufrieden.

Teamspirit: man arbeitet gemeinsam an einer großen Sache Spaß an der Arbeit: sympathische, intelligente Menschen, mit denen man jeden Tag Spaß hat Aufgaben: neue Herausforderungen und Aufgaben, es wird nicht langweilig Schöne Events und humane Arbeitszeiten.
Cons
Manches ist nicht ganz zu Ende gedacht und es wird chaotisch, manche Führungskräfte müssen in die Rolle noch reinwachsen, aber so ist das in einem stark wachsenden Startup. Das ist Teil der Herausforderung.
