      Pros

They (for the most part) promote from the inside. While I was there I watched several of my coworkers work their way up to managers. In general Cane's usually hires really friendly people so I really enjoyed working with everyone. They make work fun with different competitions.

      Cons

There's a lot of cleaning involved because they keep the store very clean (which is a good thing).

      Pros

Working at canes really changed my life if I am going to be honest. My bosses and managers are super kind and very fun to be around and all of the crew is really nice too. The environment just makes you feel so welcome. I receive free food on breaks as well as throughout the day and even can take a meal home after my shift. The hours are great honestly it probably varies on your location but overall fantastic place to work.

      Cons

Honestly the there are really no cons of working here but maybe that’s just me!

      Pros

The environment is amazing and the people you work with are great. Everyone helps each other out and makes sure you can do everything properly. Management is only strict when needed and is always there for you.

      Cons

Can get repetitive after some time.

      Disorganized and inexperienced people

      Pros

Competitive pay and benefits while having holidays off. Casual uniform, jeans and a polo. It really is a just a restaurant job but the people you work with make it. No early mornings or late nights at my location.

      Cons

Recruiters have no experience in the restaurant industry, at least the one I dealt with. Excited about his title but did not meet the expectations. Constant follow-up which isn’t okay if they have a people/guest first attitude. Long hours, have to learn to maximize productivity to ensure you have a work/life balance. Hire individuals with proper experience because culture is slipping and they’re treating people like a number now.

      Pros

Canes had awesome benefits. Fun environment over all fast paced. It was fun doing community service events when Covid was not around. Also super clean about their back of the house and customer perspective. Always cleaning and fixing things. chicken is fresh not frozen.

      Cons

A lot of issues within the restaurant: managers not having a "break" time after working 10-12 hours. You were able to eat when it was slow. Manager schedule is all over the place there is no consistency with your days off. Some managers were also scheduled to close for months (SUPER annoying when you have a family or you want to live a healthy lifestyle: closing youd be out between 12:30 if youre lucky-2 am. Lots of promises no commitment if youre trying to move up. upper mgmt is horrible. Some of the leaders have no idea what theyre doing. crew members always have some sort of drama. recruitments needs to be better at setting interviews for closers. we were always short closers and managers had to close positions.
