    I worked at Raising Cane's full-time

    Pros

Good pay, good work life balance,

    Cons

It's all about crew moral and opinion. As long as your crew likes you, upper management likes you. The second your crew doesn't like you though, upper management the on you even if you're good at your job.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your managers when they have problems. While crew members are important, so are your managers.

I have been working at Raising Cane's (More than a year)

    Pros

Raising Cane's has, hands down, the best culture of any company I've worked for. I have a great boss, a great team, and great group of leaders committed to growing the company the right way. Our founder's enthusiasm is contagious. Cannot say enough good things about this company.

    Cons

    The interview process is loooooong.

    Advice to Management

Don't deviate too far from what made Cane's what it is today. Do a little more to address those who no longer buy in to the Cane's way.
