I have been working at Raising Cane's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Hands down the best place to work.
    Always busy, fast paced.
    Managers are fair.
    Great hours, great pay.
This company really does care about the employees.
They don’t look at guest as $. Heat customer service training and skills.

    Cons

You get the few crew members who aren’t really there to work and have fun and have great customer service skills. They are just there for a pay check. But just as long as you deal with them professionally it’s still the top best place to work at.

    Advice to Management

No advice, managers are very well trained and fair.

I have been working at Raising Cane's part-time

    Pros

It's my first job and I love it. There are so many people to bond with and so many laughs to be had while making amazing food.

    Cons

There will always be people that aren't so much fun to work with. The food is only half off rather than free. You shouldn't go for this job if you can't handle a little stress from time to time as rushes get crazy.

    Advice to Management

Let employees actually learn. Many of my managers don't let me fix things when I get slightly behind. Jumping in and doing things for us ALL the time only ensures that you will have to do it every time. Trust us a little to fix it. I'm not saying don't help, but don't steal our positions just because you think you can do them better.

    Pros

I love the management team, they do an amazing job at keeping all of us pumped and ready to work in a relaxed environment although we have to deal with customers and customer complaints .

    Cons

Its a very detailed job, you have to clean everything, and deal with customer complaints with a calm attitude.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing really
