Pros
I love the company I love the vision that they have I love their mission I love everything that they offer me as an individual that has never been in the industry before I've been with the company now 6 months and I'm on my way to becoming a Zone Manager or shift manager which is extremely fast but I'm very hard worker and I am willing to learn and as long as people are doing that and they want show the higher ups your managers all right that you're wanting to grow and that you want to grow fast they will help make sure that you do and they definitely are more willing to give you the hours when you're showing that you're capable and you want to and you are one of their best workers they will give you the hours to make sure that you can get to that level that you want to be at quickly
Cons
The only real con that the company has honestly is that the new way that they do their raises I mean it's still great you're going to guarantee this way to get a raise but they give it based off your hours in the positions that you're working. So if you are across train if you are cross trained it might take a little bit longer to get your raise because you have to get like certain amount of hours before they get a notification stating that you're up for a raise but you're guarantee no matter what as long as you got your hours in those positions you get to get a bump up in your pay so it's really not even a con it's still a pro

Pros
The people you actually work with are amazing. Raising Cane’s recruits people with personality and it shows. You will love doing what you do because you have great company.
Cons
Corporate is full of snakes who only care about the final dollar. One day we had a customer get violent and threaten a Crewmember for no reason. I got in the middle of it, used profanity to convey my outrage to the customer that he would threaten any of my crew, and I was fired within 2 days. Everyone who was there agreed that my actions were justified, including my GM, but the customer filed a corporate complaint, played the victim, and I was fired for my profanity by people who were not present. I feared for my safety and the safety of my crew, and was fired for using profanity in a stressful situation that was constantly instigated by a customer who wanted free food. The worse part is after I was fired he got his free food. May as well make a advertising billboard that says “Raising Canes! Come beat our crew and get free food!”

Pros
Pay is good, benefits are good but that’s it.
Cons
The closer you work to the support office in Dallas the worse the culture is. It’s a place of fear and backstabbing. The pressure to always be on call and never make a mistake outweigh all of the fun and rewarding things they throw at your face. The expectation of 24/7 availability and fear to never take a vacation or day off is unhealthy. No matter what you do, it’s never good enough. No one is trusted as an expert in their field and everyone are just “yes men” to the C-suite.

Pros
In my three years there I made some good friends and grew as a person. I learned how to deal with a lot of stress.
Cons
Management tends to lean closer to the toxic side from the mangers I met. They also tend to play favorites and let the crewmembers that they like do whatever and if you don't pick up the slack they get mad at you, not the one not doing their job.

Pros
Raising canes is an absolutely amazing company to work for that puts its Crew before anyone. Whether it be with Canes Love or just showing our appreciation to the crew members. We get every Holiday Off and they are very easy going about your schedule and will work with you whether you’re a student or have another job. They have amazing promotion paths as well. I started out in the company as just a Crew member but with a little bit of hard work on my side I very quickly made up to a Bird Specialist, and a Certified Trainer eventually becoming a Restaurant Manager for the company. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for me with this company!!
Cons
One Con to working here is no free meals on shift, However the company offers a very good discount to those who are working. Managers do get a free shift meal everyday as we are expected to work a little harder and work a little longer of shifts.

Pros
I come from a catering background and never saw myself working a QSR. After covid I turned interviews through a 3rd party at Canes down twice. The third time, I fell in love with what I was hearing. I can honestly say that I love doing what I do in the company and wouldn’t change a thing!
Cons
The regions and areas change a lot with the ever changing and growing nature of the business. Regional leaders get moved around a lot which stinks after building a strong relationship.

Pros
The pay at Cane’s is very competitive compared to any other entry-level job I’ve ever had. And the working environment is very positive and supportive for people in all kinds of situations.
Cons
The scheduling is often sporadic and can tend to change multiple times in between first being posted and week-of. But that could also be just because of the minimal experience my RL has in running a restaurant, I’m not sure.
