    I worked at Raising Cane's part-time

    Pros

    Always busy, so time goes by really quickly.
    Managers are down to business but friendly.
    Pay is nice for a first job.
    Hours are very flexible.
    Restaurants are very clean.
    Great atmosphere, coworkers were very nice!

    Cons

    Can't think of any cons.

    Gives opportunities to move up the ladder, gives you a multitude of job experiences, provides health benefits and 401 k

    Cons

    It doesn't really have cons, at least not for me. Maybe the grunt work.

    Advice to Management

    Wish some Shift Managers didn't take advantage of their position.
