I worked at Raising Cane's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Cane's is franchised, so the workplace environment really differs from state to state. In California and Nevada, the managers will hire pretty much anyone without a criminal record.
The Job itself is easy, with promotions being relatively quick.

    Cons

Getting promoted gets you very little extra income.
The starting wage is always the state minimum.
Raises come quick, but are really just pennies to your total.
Don't take the job expecting a career, this is just for high school kids looking for extra cash.

    Advice to Management

None, this job was meant for heavy turnovers employing high school students.

The pace in which the franchisee is growing is too fast for the talent and leaves restaurants stressed for people.
