I have been working at Raising Cane's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Just wanna say all these other reviews claiming they don't give set hours or full time, are a joke. You work hard and prove yourself worthy of a full time position, you'll get it. So many lazy people come through the restaurants expecting handouts and to get paid to do nothing and the world just doesn't work that way.

    Cons

None. This company is great. Safety is a virtue.

    Advice to Management

Management is great but could be regulated a little tighter.

I worked at Raising Cane's part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Friendly work environment
Proper management and processes means any question has an answer and procedure.
    Fast, Friendly, Clean, and Efficient
Holiday's off, company parties, and flexible scheduling
A sense of pride in every restaurant.
    Internal promotion scheme

    Cons

You will smell like either raw or cooked chicken every night you go home.
Hours can be long and you will be asked to stay late if someone hasn't showed up for next shift. This is not unique to Raising Canes though.
Depending on your area, customers can be either rude or drunk of both, but that is the life of customer service.

    Advice to Management

    More frequent employee review meetings.
Follow state labor guidelines for lunch breaks.

I worked at Raising Cane's full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Flexible, pays well, holidays off, work parties, managers pretty regularly bring food (donuts, pizza, sandwiches, etc.), depending on the store you'll get a birthday cake.

    Cons

Just depends on management. If you can't handle high pressure situations and busy times, this job is probably not for you.

I have been working at Raising Cane's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Our motto literally has have fun in it. At canes we aim to work hard but still to have some fun. My coworkers are all very nice and I love going to work.
As a trainer I can say that when you come to canes you will be receiving excellent training, hip to hip until you are a capable Raising Cane's worker.
The managers are great and I never have problems with my work schedule they work with me while I work on my degree and they are flexible with second jobs.

    Cons

The work can be tedious and a bit hard when the lunch and dinner rushes hit.
