    Pros

The friendly people and the different jobs to do. There was always something to do. But weren’t allowed to do most things .

    Cons

Poor management, crazy employees. Poor upper management who have no idea how the inner store works, expects way too much and doesn’t give any perks for good service.

    Pros

You meet amazing employees with different backgrounds.

    Cons

Managers are not the best. I worked at more than one location and they tend to promote pre-mature individuals who don't bring more to the company.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and not just the managers, go out an speak to your departments and speak to your employees. They are the reason you run and sometimes they get overlooked. I left because I did not see growth or positive change within management.

    Advice to Management

Do your job, stop lying, stop telling people that you care when you don't. Pay people what you promise.
