    I would say benefit package is ideal

    Cons

    I believe they find half the people they hire in bars or alleys

    Advice to Management

    Do better with hiring process (for Management as well)

    Less Pay, Slow Growth, Doesn't pay for education, Long hours

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees, Encourage Mentorship, Encourage people to work in other areas in the company by shadowing others, Allow intra-department discussions for other job opportunities within the company without fear.

    Interesting customers, discount on designer fashion, multiple managers made weekends off possible

    DM changes created chaos
    Upper management changed expectations without input from stores

    Don't believe everything a GM says
    Screen GMs with personality inventories, such as the MMPI

    - Listen to other people and try something new.

    Discount, I could walk to work and run home for lunch. I don't have twenty words to positively say about this experience.

    Cons

    The pressure to buy clothes was intense. If Ralph lived nearby and wants to see certain thugs, give us what you want us to be wearing

    Clue into who is working for you- we can't afford to buy collection!!!

    A paycheck. I really can't think of anything positive to say other then that we get paid every other week..

    Cons

    Terrible scheduling. You don't know schedule until the last minute. Not a family friendly work environment.

    Take your employees welfare into consideration once in a while.

    No work life balance
    Only promoted if you know someone.
    No movement/development at all.
    Too many politics
    NO COMMUNICATION!
    Too much drama.
    Make changes without knowing what they are doing such as implementing new systems with no training!
    Lay off of people who worked hard.
    Leadership is horrible.
    Too much focus on the numbers and data that is not relevant!
    Healthcare benefits are bad.

    Advice to Management

    Stop "thinking" you are doing the right thing and really look at it and listen to people!
