I have been working at Ralph Lauren part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I work at the Polo at the galleria in houston and currently they are paying me $13/hr at the Polo store with no commisions. The thing is at the luxury store they are paid based on thier hours and a 10% commision I believe.

    Cons

The HR took 3 weeks to get me my first paycheck and even longer for some other people...

    Advice to Management

HR is trash. People have to pay rent, car notes, credit card bills, etc... HR needs to straighten up.
