    Pay is pretty good
    Learn a lot about managing and conducting meetings
    Never slow and always something to work on

    Lots of theft and shady customers
    Work Long hours
    Lots of turn over with staff
    Not fully provided with all the needs to get work completed

    Less Staff with better pay and more hours
    Less meetings and reports
    Give OT to management after 50 hours worked
