    Pros

The physical office environment is very nice, and certainly "on-brand" aesthetically. Most of the people are very kind, compensation is typically above average, and hours aren't bad at all (even during fashion week surprisingly)

    Cons

Because it is such a corporate environment, work can often feel monotonous, formulaic and systematic. There isn't a lot of room for autonomy or creativity. The worse part by far though is the "heirarchy" system that can hinder the possibility for growth and development.

    Advice to Management

be more aware and invloved in the work of those under your lead (besides the one and only senior person that reports to you)

I have been working at Ralph Lauren full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working on an Iconic Fashion brand.. You can get so so experience but will obviously look good to have RL on your resume . Best part by far is the employee shopping discount.

    Cons

Very fast paced, very demanding if you are under the Director level such as Very fast paced, very demanding if you are under the Director level such as Manager or Associate. People can be rude with sense of entitlement. They have processes on processes. Takes too long to get something done. Salaries are very low as the company knows that people will take the job just to be able to say they work at RL.

    Advice to Management

Show respect to those who work below you.

    Pros

Discounts, people, flexible hours. Easy job, okay pay. Great for students. Wonderful people to meet and work with. Beautiful classic cloths/accessories, I'll never grow too old for the pieces I purchased while working at Ralph Lauren. I miss it so much.
