    Pros

    Nice discount if you like Ralph Lauren clothing. Have some nice folks working there. Office space was nice to work in.

    Cons

    For such a large company the benefits are bare minimum. All the other companies I worked for had better benefits.

    Advice to Management

    Too much bureaucracy. Takes too many people to make a single decision.

    Iconic status and business that is in transition at the moment and they have recently lost the CEO due to some differences of opinion on the business changes, the business still has a string following

    Some of the key outlets, (dept stores) are on the brink of going out of business, so they need to get their alignment into an online business very quickly,

    Not enough people to do the work, unorganized management, poor pay for assistants. Value the people at the bottom because that's who gets all the real work done
