    Experience in a fast paced retail store

    Cons

    Management poor and non-existant
    Sales associates are a bunch of apathetic 16yr olds
    Understaffed and small for the traffic that met the store
    Unsociable hours: often finishing work at 9pm and sometimes starting at 6.30am

    Pros

    Very good bonus scheme and comssion. Very relaxed ambient and good working hours. The staff discount is really good as it offers discount on top of sale price.

    loads of bureaucracy in the company and slow decision making.

    - Looks good on cv, cv gets you into other companies
    - The office environment is friendly,welcoming

    Cons

    -work life balance is tilted. Expected to work more than the contracted hours with no overtime pay. Majority of time spent working through lunch break. Very rarely are you able to take the full hour.

    - Would not advice graduates from non fashion background to take this job. Go to companies that have graduate/trainee schemes.

    Advice to Management

    -Invest in proper training. If you want your new starters to be working at a fast pace then you have to spend time training them to be able to be able to work at a fast pace.

    The worst ever management time ever I have seen and the manger never respect. The high you go in the company the more worst you get no one respect each other.

    Great people, loads of employee sales, very future oriented mindset of managers

    Cons

    very outdated technology, lack of transparency between managers and teams, no bonuses below manager level

    Advice to Management

    Start thinking and rewarding the do-ers, not only the management who literally does nothing and has no clue about digital trading when coming from buying etc.

    Good discount, nice shop environment, great brand to have on your cv thanks to the brand perception. Working day passes quickly

    Cons

    Politics, politics, politics. When directors visit and ask for honest opinions this is the opposite of what they want. Be honest and give constructive feedback and expect to be interrogated by your line manager

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your management teams and colleagues. Stop stifling talent. Acknowledge that there are ideas and processes that can be improved and the best people to improve your business are the ones living it every day. Value your employees
