    Emphasis put on out of hours team bonding.

    Sometimes under staffed during busy periods like Xmas.
    lack of incentive to up sell to customers

    Provide rewards to those sales associates who are generating most profit.

    - High turnover in every department
    - Collaboration between HQ and stores difficult
    - Poor leaders
    - No teamwork
    - Little room for work/life balance
    - Inefficient
    - HR inexistent and never there to help

    Advice to Management

    Treat your staff with care and they will reward you. Learn to work all together and not compete. Quit the 'blame culture'

    Can't think of a single pro!

    Where to start... no respect for employees, management spend all their time in the office, only promote people based on friendships, not enough staff, ridiculous working hours expected of employees, senior management are openly discriminatory on shop floor, ridiculous grooming expectations without the salary to match, bullying playground atmosphere.

    Advice to Management

    Grow up and be professional.

    Good sample sale. Good retail discount. Good employee benefits.

    Cons

    Poor pay in HQ. Ignore complaints. Bullying going on- even within the HR department. So much backstabbing. Have a high turnover in every department.
    Lack of training and development. Recruit externally than promote from within
