    Pros

Small company with good customer service reputation and quality work output.

    Cons

Misrepresentation of earnings, poor strategy for market growth that continued despite lack of successes.

    Advice to Management

Follow consultant's change recommendations. Pull departments together. Measuring profits in production but only revenue in sales creates tension not good for business. Too much turnover directly attributed to CEO's style and behavior.
