I worked at Ralphs (More than a year)

    Pros

It's a good place to start when there is nowhere else hiring, with flexible hours that are good for students.

    Cons

This location was constantly cycling through Store Managers, who all had very different ways of running things. It was difficult to adjust to. Deli often felt understaffed. I quit due to severe hour cuts in which some weeks I was scheduled only 6-9 hours when I was available/willing to work 24.

    Advice to Management

It felt that every couple of months there was a new Store Manager in the last year that I was with this location. all of them had very different ways of running the store which made it sometimes hard to adjust. Hopefully management has already or will fix this issue.
