    Communication within the company could always be better as with most companies moving fast to stay on top of the industries they are working to dominate.

    The environment is great and they did what they could.

    It's still a company that has to report to a Board.

    Do what you gotta do to keep people employed and keep inventing. Stay outta courts.

    Top talent, hard working and nice people to work with. Got to work on a variety of projects. Many exciting technologies in the works,

    Cons

    Can't think of any downsides as far as I experienced them as an intern. For regular employees I have heard that politics and favoritism plays a role in advancement.
