    Pros

There is a lot of responsibility when driving a school bus in dealing with children and operating a school bus at the same time. Doesn't pay enough for what you do but is rewarding as far as working with children.

    Cons

Not enough pay and not enough benefits. The only way to advance in system is to have friends who are high up.
