I have been working at Randstad US full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

You have the freedom to take initiative and do your job in a way that suits your skill set and personality, rather than one dictated to you. Also, you have a opportunities to move up or onto to different positions if you so desired.

There is also a great support from your managers and other co-workers, frequent team conference calls to keep in touch with each other and getting to know any additional skills one may have to offer and the latest news on the industry.

You are allowed to think out of the box, your ideas are welcome and you are encouraged to have a voice.

    Cons

Not enough of the same positions in many states should one consider relocating and wants to stay in the same field/roll

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, we are right there with you.

I worked at Randstad US full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Salary reasonable benefits good, access to key accounts

    Cons

Targets not realistic for bonuses and they were all or nothing (no sliding scale even to 90% of target). Management was old-school and ery instructional and not nurturing

    Advice to Management

Change management style to one of leadership backed up by training, mentoring and coaching rather than ruling by fear

    Pros

You can search companies that are hiring so you can work there.

    Cons

Trump style leadership. Burn and churn job. Can't wait to find another position. Seriously you don't want to work here. Company's growth comes from acquisitions and then everyone quits. Metrics are comical. It's a shame. I can't emphasize enough how bad it is to work here. Run for the hills. It is sad. Life is short, don't waste a minute working here.

    Advice to Management

You make Donald Trump look like Ghandi.
