    Pros

The way they process our resume like helping build the resume, taking it up to the client which match the profile and getting an appointment from the client are exceptional.

They have been keeping on the promises that were made to me during the recruitment.

Does the h1b transfer in premium mode.

The recruiter is very helpful in extending their help towards any process though being outside of the scope of their activity.

    Cons

Did not provide the travel expense (relocation expense) to the first client after the recruitment.

    Advice to Management

The management can provide much better plan on insurance which require less contribution from employee. If company could take care of the complete travel expense during relocation that would be great (right now the designated amount of relocation is very less).

I have been working at Randstad US (More than a year)

    Pros

Company pays Good salary, above market standard. Have direct clients no layers. Got some really good clients. Some recruiters are really nice and they will try to keep you happy.

    Cons

No stability, no job security, they just use and throw people. They will keep you until they have project as soon as project is over.

    Advice to Management

Give some job security, have some bench policy more than a month, which will give confidence to your employees and you will see a lot of people joining your team as soon as they see job security.

I have been working at Randstad US full-time

    Pros

I have been working with Randstad since April 2015. This is the first time I am working for a Staffing Agenchy and so far I like it. I get pay every week. Randstad is always notifying you via e-mails the status of your timecard, your weekly paycheck and new opening. The staff is always very helpful when you call requesting any information. I love to work for Randstad.

    Cons

I have any cons regarding Randstad. I think is a very good Staffing Agency to work with.
