I have been working at Randstad US full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Outstanding training, excellent career path, a company where you can build your own future through hard work. Our mission is to put people to work. It offers the opportunity to learn not just about staffing, but also about every local market industry.
You start as a Staffing Consultant and move up the ranks. Randstad focuses on promoting from within. Most executives started in Consultant roles.

    Cons

I'm not sure I can list any. Results and reliability can really get you anywhere you want in this company. Measure you own ambition and drive. If you are a high performer, Randstad is a great employer for you.

I have been working at Randstad US full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Dallas Office - Large Company with a Small Company feel. I love progress and change and this company is all about it. So much potential, if you are driven and work hard the sky is the limit. I have been here for since 2015 and have been challenged, rewarded and stretched and learned things that I will take with me to grow personally and in my career. That is the best environment I can ask for. Benefits are great - Stock options is a great perk! Presidents club trips - lots of fun competitions, and regional participation.

    Cons

Really the only thing I see so far is more emphasis on local branding.

    Advice to Management

More marketing at the local level

    Pros

The building, work culture, and management all rate pretty highly. They don't expect the unreasonable from employees, and they tend to reward above average effort.

    Cons

The work gets repetitive fairly quickly.

I have been working at Randstad US full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Randstad is a well-known company with a good name in the industry. They treat their employees well and offer very competitive salaries and benefits. They promote from within and foster growth and development of their employees.

    Cons

One downside is that Randstad is so big and we have several different Operating Companies. Not all of them are on the same systems, processes, etc. so it hinders our ability to have a seamless cross-company strategy and cohesion. But it's getting close and strides are being made every day to bridge that gap.
