I have been working at Rapid Response Monitoring full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I absolutely love my job. I did work in the monitoring center prior to my promotion to the training department. I miss helping our customers but helping new employees learn the job is also very rewarding. I like the fact that Rapid promotes from within. It keeps me interested and engaged.

    Cons

I did not like working weekends but in my new position I rarely have to.

I have been working at Rapid Response Monitoring full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I spend most days training new hires how to do the job. It is very rewarding seeing them grow with the company. I started out as a monitoring specialist and have been training for about a year now. I really like what we do and would highly recommend!

    Cons

None to speak of right now

I have been working at Rapid Response Monitoring full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Aftera little over two years with Rapid, things continue to get better. Several of us that started with Rapid in 2015 have seen all the positive changes. Not to get into too much detail, the Management team is all new and they have recently opened up a ton of new positions they didn't have before. I was promoted to the training department last year and it has been pretty good so far.

    Cons

The 30 minute lunch is often not enough to leave the building and get food, especially during lunch hours for most offices in the area.
