    I worked at Rapid Response full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great place to work if you live in the St. Louis area home every week your choice. Good pay and good runs .

    Cons

    At times a lack of communication for all concerned. I left because I'm not from that area and getting home was not as often as I needed.

    Company is growing many opportunities. Great people to work with dedicated and determined hard workers.

    Some of the clients are difficult to work with at times, very demanding.

    Pros

    Decent wages and benefits package.

    Cons

    You must ask permission to use the restrooms or get a drink. You are under constant scrutiny and every minute of your day is accounted for. If there are no calls coming in you will be reprimanded for not magically making your phone ring. Management is incrediblly rude to the employees and make sure that all employees are well aware of the fact that you are an expendable item to them. They do not care about your concerns and if you mention your concerns with them they have a well if you don't like it then quit approach.

    I have been working at Rapid Response full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Lots of miles if you want to work hard long hours. Fair benefits but could be better. If you communicate with management things can be good.

    Cons

    Management seems to lack some direction and to really care about the employees. They seem to try but keep things hidden from employees even when issues are brought to their attention.
