    I have been working at RareJob part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    It gives you the comfort of working at your own home and gives you the freedom to set your class schedule. Having a support system is a plus factor to make things work efficiently. The trainers are very friendly and nice.

    Cons

    The company has lower hourly rate compared to other similar institution and/or companies. It has a very meticulous kind of reward/incentive system with strict penalties. There is no much benefits and potential for growth is limited.
