    I have been working at RareJob full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    -very flexible schedule -the salary I get here is way better than my previous ESL company -I can request for a cash advance -there are many students -the website is very easy to navigate

    -very strict -delayed response from the staff regarding tutor's concerns

    Pros

    You get to work at home.

    Cons

    - Rarejob is a con. They pay you PHP80 per hour but they get a free ride on your internet. They expect you to have a good connection and you pay for it and in return you get 80 bucks. - The guys running it are mediocres. Their incentive schemes are in the wrong places. Like they give incentives to webcam users. Why? Because they thought that quality is better achieved with the use of a webcam which is exactly the opposite.
