    Pros

    Great people and they have an incredible cook at the corporate office.

    Cons

    Executive Management is spread way too thin and this slows down projects and tasks.

    Advice to Management

    Allow middle management to be more involved in decision-making that directly impacts their day to day business and production.

    You get rewarded financially for making goals

    Cons

    After you get rewarded financially for making goals, they will fire you for being too expensive and hire kids right out of college to replace you making half what you were making.

    Great management personnel and supervisors are there to help you succeed they all treat you like a friend and part of the family.

    there is no cons it is basically up to you where you want to be in the company and how much money you want to make

    You are treated like part of the family from day one. Everyone including the owners are interested in what anyone has to say regardless of their position.

    The salary's for management are a little lower the the competition.
