    Positive Outlook

I worked at Rawhide at Wild Horse Pass as an intern

    Pros

You will learn a lot of tips and tricks, from veteran cooks and chefs.
You will work with staff that actually wants to be there. If you've ever worked culinary, you know this is a huge motivator.
You will have an opportunity to work special events and concerts that are on site.

    Cons

The internship is only 6-12 weeks depending on your culinary school.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.
