I have been working at Raymar Information Technology full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

It's all about the people. Great bunch of folks here. Like a family. Very flexible environment. No corporate crush. Benefits are always a plus. Owner is experienced and driven to succeed and wants his employees there with him.

    Cons

Maybe better pay, but who doesn't want more money... Especially with our current econimic problems in California.

    Advice to Management

Never forget that the core staff is in this with you. We are all dedicated to help Raymar succeed.

    Pros

The people who work there are great. They have a great niche market that hasn't yet been fully exploited. Poeple are dedicated to doing their work professionally.

    Cons

Management has a favorite few employees who are feared because they have been able to undermine supervisors and staff. Management will tell you stories about how things are going to be or what they want done and then stop everything when it finally affects them.

    Advice to Management

You took the time to hire good people; you should let them do what they are good at and listen to their perspectives and suggestions.
