I have been working at Raymond Handling Consultants, L.C. full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The wages are pretty decent. The benefits are mediocre but they are doable. Regular staff is pretty nice but can be distant at times.

    Cons

The company lacks up to date technology. The building is dirty. Because it's a small business it tends to be gossipy. There is friction between hourly and salaried employees due to abuse of hours. It would be beneficial to have a qualified human resource department located in the office to help employees get accurate help. Management is disorganized with no clear picture of the future. It's a good place to work if you're near the end of your career to have a job and get a paycheck.
