Pros
Raymond is a solid company which has weathered the economic turmoil very well due to the nature of the business. They have decent benefits and offer some of the best pay in the area. It is possible to get a good amount of vacation time, but you have to work there a long time to get it.
Cons
The management mindset is very old school. They don't offer a lot of progressive benefits that other companies are moving towards. This causes the company to lose a lot of younger talented people to positions at other companies that are more progressive. A majority of the remaining staff tend to lack motivation.
